Foster and Hope
Meet the newest additions to to C.A.R.E. family, our mascots Foster and Hope. Foster is an extra-tall dog with soulful brown eyes and velvety plush black fur. He proudly wears a red C.A.R.E. collar. Hope is a soft white kitty who is always protected in Foster's loving arms.
